Covguard (‘Product’): Purchase Terms and Conditions (T&C)
Each Purchase Order placed by the customer for Covguard is subject to these standard purchase terms and conditions and the customer shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by such terms by placing the Product Order.
“Purchase terms and conditions” means the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) contained herein and are applies to covguard product only.
“Company” means Niva United LLP, We, Our, Us.
“nivaunited.com” means the Niva United website owned and operated by Niva United LLP, which provides a venue to the users to buy the products listed / displayed.
“Customer” means and includes any User / Buyer / Purchaser/ You (the person or any legal entity) who accepts the offer for sale, through Niva United LLP by placing an order on the site or through an enquiry.
“Product/s” connotes the ‘Covguard’ only.
Covguard Shycocan, sales is returnable subject to manufacturing defect.
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless acceptance of such cancellation is agreed by us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order placed, without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Cancellation of orders is possible only before the order is invoiced for shipment.
Replacement policy (in case of product manufacturing defects only)
To deliver utmost customer satisfaction, we have a set of policies for quick replacements that will help you get the best product for the investment made.
If there is any manufacturing defect in the Product the manufacturing company will repair or replace the defective parts or product within 12 months from the date of the original purchase.
Delay in Delivery
The Company shall deliver the Products within 45 days from purchase of Product from the date of order. The Products will be dispatched to the address mentioned in the order form. In case the Company fails to deliver the Product within 45 days of confirmed order, will initiate 100% refund. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Niva United for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order. The Company shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the Product due to any Force Majeure events or factors beyond our control.
Force Majeure Events: The Company shall not be liable or held responsible for any delays or losses related to Products that arise directly or indirectly from Acts of God, severe weather conditions including but not limited to flood, heavy rain alerts, labor disputes, governmental actions, war, riots, epidemics, pandemics, Lockdown like Covide-19 situations or other circumstances or causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
How can I return Covguard ordered from Niva United LLP?
The customer will notify the Company via email, within 14 days of delivery of Products for any manufacturing defects noticed and give the Company or its authorised agent adequate opportunity to inspect, test and remedy them. In the absence of such intimation it shall be presumed that the Products have been received in good order and condition. The Inspection and Test Report of the Company’s office/service center will be final and binding on the customer.

Transport the product to the service centre in mumbai and if there is a manufacturing defect we will reimburse the transportation cost.

Within what time period do I have to return the product?
If there is a manufacturing defect, you can conveniently return covguard purchased through nivaunited.com within 14 days from the date of product receipt.
How and when will I get my refund?
Any purchase of Covguard is non-refundable, however in case of non delivery of product within 30 days of purchase, the Company will initiate the refund process. The refund is made to the same bank account/ credit card/ debit card which was used to pay for the purchase. Please note that no refunds shall be made by cheque or cash.
What do I do in case I was to cancel my order before the shipment reaches me?
The order which is already Invoiced cannot be canceled.
When will I get my refund?
Once your product has been collected and received, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be initiated to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) within 15-21 days after the shipment has been picked up.
What are the details you require to process NEFT refund?
When you agree for NEFT refund, Covguard customer support will get in touch with you for some details. For NEFT refund, we require your Bank Name, Account Number, Account Holder’s name, IFSC code and Location of the bank.
Limitation of Liability. Except for manufacturing defects, in no event the company shall be liable to the customer or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss of property, personal injury, death, by use or operation of this product. No claim shall be entertained by the Company for any loss arising out of damage or shortage of Products.
Modifications. The Company reserves the right to change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of the products as well as the design of the products from time to time in effecting a process of continuous development and innovation. The revised terms and conditions will be updated on the website.
